How does your renovation financing work?
Because Home Glory Design is also a lender, financing is arranged in-house. A soft credit check (no score impact) gets you pre-approved within 24 hours, with fixed rates from 6.99% APR over 24–144 months. There are no prepayment penalties, and payments can begin after project completion.
Is the quote really final? What if something unexpected turns up?
Yes — our Fixed-Price Promise means the written quote is your final price for the defined scope. If we discover hidden conditions (concealed water damage, outdated wiring), we absorb the cost and flag it transparently. Price only changes if you choose to expand the scope.
How long does a typical project take?
Bathroom remodels: 10–14 days. Kitchens: 4–6 weeks. Full interiors: 6–10 weeks. Roofing: 2–5 days. Solar: 1–3 days of on-site work after permitting. 98% of our 2024–2025 projects finished on or ahead of the published schedule.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
All workmanship — carpentry, tiling, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, and finishes. Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances are registered on your behalf. The warranty transfers to new owners if you sell, and includes a free annual inspection.
Can I supply my own materials or appliances?
Absolutely. We'll review your selections for compatibility, adjust the quote accordingly, and still install them under full warranty. However, our supplied materials carry combined labor-and-material coverage that owner-supplied items can't match.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes — all permitting, HOA documentation, and municipal inspections are managed by us at no extra administrative charge, included in every package from Essential Refresh upward.
How do you protect my home and keep it clean?
Floors and furniture are protected with heavy-duty coverings, dust barriers with negative-air machines seal work zones, and crews do a full end-of-day cleanup. Most clients say they barely knew we were there — except for the daily photo updates.
Can you help with insurance claims after storm damage?
Yes. Our claims-assist team documents damage, produces adjuster-ready estimates, and meets your insurance adjuster on-site. We've helped homeowners across the Midwest and Gulf Coast settle roof and water-damage claims faster.
